Cardio Kickboxing / Conditioning and Bootcamp
Island Martial Arts’ Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy, total-body workout, targeting women at least 18 years of age, regardless of experience. This class is intended to jumpstart your fitness level, allowing you to reach your goals as quickly as possible. Primarily, Cardio Kickboxing focuses on improving your cardiovascular health, with a combination of Aerobics, Boxing, and Martial Arts. With that being said, you can expect to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and overall aerobic fitness. Our routines will have you drenched in sweat, reaching for that water bottle, while changing your view on fitness. Yes, this is an intense, body sculpting workout, but our instructors (which include Karate Masters) will monitor your performance, adjusting the routine to your individual needs.
