Open MMA class (8+)-

A class created for the whole family. We encourage the family to learn Martial Arts and stay in a fit, healthy lifestyle.  So, Master Peter Paramithis created this Open MMA Class for ages 8 and up that allows and encourages kids and their parents to train together. This class also serves as additional practice and helps train our students to defend and learn from a more diverse group.
